Line up the ball return short and long sides so that the channels (for the ball return floor boards) line up.

Assemble 2 ball ball return long sides and 1 ball return short side as shown.

The ball return floor boards are connected by a tongue and groove design in their construction.  Slide the boards into the channel and lock together with this tongue and groove.

Close out and lock the box in place with the final ball return short side.

Lock the interlocking sides together with brackets, and secure brackets to the sides with connector bolts.

Attach the ball return holder as shown with dowels that are attached to the holder.

Assemble 2 maze long sides and 1 maze short side as shown.

The maze floor boards are connected by a tongue and groove design in their construction.  Slide the boards into the channel and lock together with this tongue and groove.

Close out and lock the box in place with the final ball return short side.
Lock the interlocking sides together with brackets, and secure brackets to the sides with connector bolts.

Attach metal staples to the middle of the underside of all the maze long and short sides.

Assemble 2 middle long sides and 2 middle short sides as shown.
Lock the interlocking sides together with brackets, and secure brackets to the sides with connector bolts.

Assemble 2 outer long sides and 2 outer short sides as shown.
Lock the interlocking sides together with brackets, and secure brackets to the sides with connector bolts.

Attach the two knobs of the turning blocks (there are insets for attachment) to the middle of the two maze long sides; and then attach the maze box to the middle of the two middle long sides by sliding the turning blocks onto them.

Attach the maze/middle box assembly to the outer box - by attaching the two knobs of the remaining turning blocks to the middle of the two middle short sides; and then sliding these turning blocks onto the middle of the outer short sides.

Turn the entire assembly upside down. Slide the short turning rod through the outer short sides (there are precut holes there) and cap the open end with the loose turning knob.

Slide the long turning rod through the outer long sides and cap the open end with the loose turning knob.

Attach the short spring connector to one of the connector holders that are attached to the bottom of the maze short side.  Wrap this spring connector around the long turning rod and then connector the other end to the opposing connector holder on the other side.

Repeat the process - using the long spring connector on the sides of the maze long side and wrap it around the short turning rod.

These spring connectors will enable the user to tilt the maze box both up and down and side to side.

Flip the entire assemble right side up and place it over the ball return box.

The clasps of the entire assembly should now be aligned clasp holders of the ball return box.  Connect these clasps.
